My colleague Cliff, got married in Beaver Creek and we were lucky enough to get an invite. Beaver Creek is a super nice place to go for a weekend get-a-way! In any event, there was a schedule of events for the wedding weekend, so we were excited.
It started off with a wine and snacks social hour, on Saturday late afternoon. Followed by a group dinner. Everybody was invited because Cliff and Betsy are cool people and they wanted everybody to have a fabulous time.
Sunday, most folks watched football and hung out at one of the Beaver Creek Pubs. Towards the afternoon, we watched as storm clouds were building. The wedding was at 5pm and planned to be outdoors…so we hoped it would stay clear.

Luckily, the weather did hold out, and the ceremony went off without any problems. It was a perfect blend of sentiment and cheer.
Dinner was served after the ceremony and consisted of all the best comfort foods; mac & cheese, potatoes, salad, bison sliders, and salmon.
The cake was really light and decorated in very simple yet pretty cascades of flowers.
They had their first dance and then everybody rolled onto the dance floor. We danced until around 10:30pm and then drove back to Denver.
