Time for the annual Cross Country Ski and Waffle day, organized by Dan M. I was totally psyched to participate in this tradition. It’s a very simple day; wake up early, head up to the mountains, enjoy waffles & breakfast with some colleagues, then ski! What could be more fun!!!
This year, to my excitement, Dennis & Emma would be skiing with us. We decided to tackle the Blue Ridge Trail, with the goal of making it up to the loop.
