I climbed North Face Center with Michael while John and Russ climbed Empor.
Then, I had a bout of serious dehydration. I chugged my entire Nalgene of water and still felt crummy. It must have been after effects of attending the Stapleton Beer Festival the night before. I felt so thirsty, it was a little unsettling.
I suggested that Michael do the North Face Center route again with John and Russ, so he could get some more climbing in. I was happy he chose to do so…as they climbed, I got some good pictures of the three of them.
I met the guys at the top and we hiked back to the packs. There were serious rain clouds above and the skies opened up when we got back to the car. Perfect timing.
