With the start of May and presumably warmer weather, Dennis & I built a new raised bed for our garden. A 3 foot by 12 foot addition would more than double the square footage of our space. I was psyched to get ‘er done.
We had all the ingredients in the pantry, so I made Christmas Chilaquiles. YUM!!!
My chilaquiles have shredded chicken, pepperjack cheese (or Manchego), tortilla chips, and salsa. Since it was so near Christmas, I decided to do it with green & red salsa.
