Dennis Near Mini Pinnacle on South Rim

Clare Ready to Dip in the North Platte
On Sunday, Dennis & I drove an hour outside Casper, on a mission to scope out Freemont Canyon. I didn’t know how my back would hold up as I was suffering a very hideous muscle spasm. However, since we were staying in Casper, I just had to check it out!

Dyno Amid Clouds

Daedelus
On Saturday, we watched the Cabiri and Dyno The Aerialist (my brother) perform all day. We had a great time, as it was perfect weather. We also wandered around a little and looked at some art. My favs (other than the live performances) were the landscape photography, fresh fudge, elephant ears, and the Classic Cars. (more…)

Dyno Interpretation of A Ninja
Dyno Delicately Suspended

On Friday, Dennis & I drove 4 hours up to Casper, WY. We would be attending NIC Fest, in order to be a part of my brother, Dyno The Aerialist‘s performances. He was performing as a guest with the Cabiri Troupe, a talented group from Seattle.

Dennis & I had never seen my brother perform, so we were very excited. I was also curious to meet the rest of the troupe, as I had heard a bit about his training and new lifestyle since doing aerials. (more…)

I figured it was not the Citadel because the Citadel was supposed to be about a mile from the car pull-out. I just knew we hadn’t walked a mile. So, Stan & I headed uphill to bring them back to the trail, and then we all walked for another 30 minutes down the trail.

At this point, we think we spotted the crag to our north. Did we? (more…)
